Thanks everyone. I put about 100 miles on it today...just making sure everything is tight and good before I start beating on it. I've broken too many expensive parts in the past by just bolting stuff on and hammering on it.
I'm gonna data log it tomorrow so the tuner can give everything a health check then I'll start playing with it a little harder. So far it feels good...I think the trans tuning could use some work...mostly to make it hold the lower gears longer at low speeds. That 6.1 manifold as everyone knows will hurt the bottom end...when it goes into 4th at about 40MPH and you need to get moving you really gotta give it some gas to force a downshift and get some RPM's in it.
Other than that it seems really good and solid. I'd rather know it's perfect than hurt it.

I put another 100 or so on it today...finally started leaning on it when I got back close to home. With TC off it'll roll out about 15' but as soon as boost comes up the tires just give up. It's feeling pretty solid on 60-70mph rolls too.
I think I'm in business....still need to datalog it and get it looked at for a health check.
Unbroken, That is beautiful. Do you have access to a hose supplier that can get you a piece of that blue silicone hose stuff that Powerstroke etc use on the cool side of their ICs? For your throttle body. The ones I've used in the past were blue and would match your blue accents perfectly. That would be just right!
Planning to swap the couplers, replace the clamps with t-bolt clamps, paint a few more things and just straighten everything out in general. Gonna try to find a lot of that stuff on Monday.
where did you mount your catch can if you have one...i have a ripp kit that im going to be installing in a couple months and not sure where the catch cans going to be
