Check Crutchfield. I think they have a kicker upgrade kit with speakers and a sub.

Just swapping out speakers is not going to improve the sound. The elpine system on those rams, are emplifid systems, each speaker has specific OMS, and a crap singnal coming out of the factory radio . You can update the speakers, but don't expect a huge difference in sound.
It's easier to add woofers, by adding a LC2I line converter.

I have the exact same truck. There are some people who have swapped in aftermarket 2 Ohm speakers in place of the factory Alpine crap ones. They seem happy with it.

Unfortunately, there’s not a lot you can do with the factory sub. You can swap in a different speaker (I think it’s a Pioneer that will fit) and get a little more bass but not a lot.

It really all comes down to what you are looking for when all is said and done.

Replace dash 3 speakers with infinity or jbl 2ohm, makes HUGE difference. Make sure you use 2 ohm replacements, I added jbl 2ohm power series to rear doors. I replaced the dvc 2 ohm sub with a bazooka replacement sub, but makes just a little better bass. Sound deaden doors or use closed cell foam to stop door rattle. Sound now in my 2013 QC with alpine and 8.4an is excellent. My neighbor comments all the time it sounds like a concert.
