I’m not sure it will be as simple as using the DT PCM. The wiring is different from the PDC to the fan as well as the extra PCM circuit for fan speed. You would likely need a DT PDC as well as wiring harness. Then there’s the issue of using a DT PDC in a DS, I assume there not the same.
It looks like the actual PWM comes from the PDC. The speed signal is fed to the PCM which then busses the signal to the PDC for the correct PWM output.
Be better off just using an aftermarket PWM controller for it if you really wanted the PWM fan.
And normally I would say you're right but another member posted they wired up the pwm fan but the PCM with not acknowledge it. You only need 1 wire added for the pwm control. The fuse location is already there and waiting.
