Update:

I emailed the manufacturer directly requesting more information regarding compatibility, dyno specs, throttle body fitment, and how it might affect the air grabber.

If/when i get a response, i will post another update.

Update:

I also emailed the LM Performance (who is selling the power wedge) requesting the same information in case they already had it. They already responded, but the information they provided didn't help much.
Here is their response:

Hi

Per vararam
The Hemi is an H1 and is a 5/8th tall composite spacer.

Sincerely,
LMPerformance Inc.

Vararam has not yet responded to my original email.

That didn’t tell us anything about what their tests have shown and if they’ve tested it and what the results were. And spacers don’t do anything for modern engines with throttle bodies.

My thoughts exactly. I've been skeptical about this from the beginning.
Unless Vararam gets back to me with some proof that it legitimately does any good for our motors, I'm gonna steer clear.

As I read the specs it is for up to a 2017 Hemi LS model whatever that means. I'm new so bear with me on all of these different shortcuts to words.

No word back because they know it’s simply a paperweight and they are preying on the uninformed that don’t understand how their engines work.

There’s always a chump out there that will buy something like a TB spacer and believe they are gaining hp/tq numbers
