VTA? for a RAM Tech !

I know we have a few RAM tech's . So for them or anyone that may know
I have been trying to have my VTA (Vehicle Theft Alarm) to work ! Followed manual several times ! No dice ! If I remember right it did work before but it is not something I test so who knows when it went out ! Had my 2015 RAM purchased used in 2016 !
E Mailed FCA and the reply was have dealer check, which last time I did the tech said no such thing :O
I DO NOT have remote start if that matters !
I know I can arm it with OBD2 ,but I do not have that!

DOES anyone know what to look for in the DEALER MENU so I can tell the dealer where to look ! And any step by step if I get a tech who does not care about a challenge lol

I know no one knows everything as there are thousands of car out there ,but a simple OEM alarm and FCA has no clue :O
And this is not a major issue I know but would be nice to have as I go out of state to visit my son now !
I do not really want to go after market (yes way better ) right now
