I have owned 6 Ram trucks in the past 25 years and have been satisfied with the Ram truck so far. Last year traded in my 2014 Ram Laramie for a 2020 Ram Big Horn. Love the truck. When I bought the truck 58000 miles. After around 68000 started to hear a winding noise coming from alternator took to my local Ram dealer. They told me the E-Torque box going out. Not under warranty but there is an emissions warranty will cover it. They said takes about 2 months to get part it’s now been 4 months still not part all they say every week is the part is expedited same thing week after week is there anything I can do?
