Wanted: steering wheel audio controlls

you know, the two buttons on the back of the steering wheel that let you turn the radio up and down, and switch between stations

i also need the little trim piece the come in

Not sure where you might find cheap other than in a wreck. You could IM Benny in Vendor section at All Mopar Parts, part should be RAMAUDWHLKIT. Unbelievable how much they went up in price, I paid $47.44 including tax in 2019.

I'm perfectly fine with used, the rest of the truck has about 100k on it, no reason for that trim piece to be brand new

Easiest/cheapest way to get them used is to swap the steering wheel whole. May opt to upgrade to a leather wheel at this time...

This may be your best bet - offer them $50, worst they can say is no. Running the VIN for the build sheet shows it has them.

I've done that before too

I'm hoping that taking the weight of the steering wheel out, they may save enough on shipping to make this worth it

I would be wary of used switches, mine are in dire need of cleaning. Sticking and not connecting

You can actually pop the buttons out pretty easily without disconnecting them and/or removing the wheel if you need to clean them. I popped mine out to reverse the direction of next track...

I should do that with my sliding rear window button, it drives me crazy that when I push the button to the left the window slides to the right

if you want the steering wheel audio controls I have them in the for sale section 60.00 shipped get the front and back shrouds let me know came out of my truck fully functional just added a heated steering wheel let me know
