Finally got around to finishing this thing up today. The kit is from Alcohol Injection Systems and uses a 3 gallon tank with the pump mounted to the tank on the bottom.
I put it in my tool box in the bed with some other stuff to keep it all clean and out of sight.

Another shot of the tank mounted. I ran the power wire and -4 hose to the passenger side and passed it through the floor next to the hose from the air tank. I used grommets on both the tank and bed floor.

Here's where I mounted the nozzles. I had dedicated bungs welded to the new aluminum piping just for this kit. All the hoses are -4 braided stainless and you can see the Y-block I used instead of the supplied T just because I thought it looked better.

Fuzzy pic but you can see where I had another **** added just behind the BOV to run the boost line to the sensor the fires the system up by the firewall. I had that hose made myself...it wasn't supplied with the kit.

I put the supplied LED light right next to my boost gauge. Obviously it's only on when the system fires off.

And finally....had to have something to put in the tank. I don't trust washer fluid to be consistent so I grabbed 5 gallons of methanol to mix my own.
Grabbed a couple gallons of distilled water, mixed it up and the system fired perfectly on the first test.

And....that's how I spent my day today.

It's a mild build IMHO...should make right around 500 at the tires +/- a few.
I planned to dyno it by now but I moved to Cali and didn't factor in this 91 octane gas....it's tuned for 93.
Now that this kit is on I don't have any detonation worries so hopefully I can get it strapped down before too long.

Nah...you can buy it across the counter at any race gas shop. 5 gallons was 44 bucks.
