I've had my Ram 2500 6.7L Lone Star for over a year and the past few months I've had 2 front end alignments done. Both due to some severe tire wear.
I've had my front end taken apart and checked out to see if anything was damaged and everything checked out.
Question for you all is. What would cause this? I'm thinking it's the struts but I'm not sure. I know it slams the springs for a speed bump (small and slow).

Your 2500 shouldn't have struts. What lift do you have?

Do you have pictures of your tires? Sounds like you need to take it to another shop

You'll will need to post some pics to see how the tires are wearing, i'd assume you have a stock 2500 ? I'm not familiar with the 2500's, but i'm a little more familiar with live axels, i'd assume you can't touch camber if you're still running stock arms, so that leave with you toe and perhaps caster, caster doesn't wear your tires, so that leaves with you toe.

It'll be good if you can post your aligment sheet and see what the last aligment looks like. Can't believe anybody could mess too much with a tie rod on the alignment rack, Jeep owners doesn't even need a rack to set toe, just a pita, some tape and couple of bears :) perhaps the factory values for toe do suck, and you need to go a little out of spec so the tires can have what they need ?

Had my truck 10 months, 16000 miles. It has been aligned twice and already needs it again. It pulls to the right. Any idea what’s causing this?

I've been fighting with the dealer to fix my front steering since I bought the truck. They can never find anything wrong, but the truck is always pulling slightly right. When I brake hard, it pulls severely to the right, sometimes throwing me out of my lane. Then, of course, I get to the dealer and it won't do it.

I have a 2" lift on my front end. It's a spacer on top of the coils. I have gone to 3 different shops now and had 3 front end inspections. Every time i have also gotten an alignment. It has been way out of alignment each time, and I also JUST learned that my rear end is out of alignment too. That is causing a constant pull to the right, but according to them that shouldn't wear my tires. Once i get a handle on what's going on with my front end I am going to take it to a local alignment center that knows how to align a solid axle. I have just gotten in my 5100 bilstein shocks that I will be putting on this next week. Going to get it aligned right after wards to see what will change. The worn ones are my front tires. The good tire is what it should look like. The wearing in only on the outer wall. When you look at the tire you can visibly see that the camber is off. Does anyone know of one specific component that could cause this to happen so often? I have only been doing highway miles. If this doens't work then i will be forced to do a front end rebuild. 20181118_123932.jpg 20181118_123915.jpg 20181118_123941.jpg

Here is a copy of the most recent alignment. As you can see it wasn't just KIND of out of alignment. You can also see that my rear end is also in need of alignment. It makes for a constant pull to the right. I will get to that after I can get a handle on what is going on with my front end.
