Weird sound after start up

Does any one have a capacitor type sounds after the truck starts and before the screen powers up?

I have 183 miles on my truck and this just started yesterday but has happened every time it starts ?

I've got 2k miles on 2018 and no sounds like that.

I reset the radio and it seems like it cleared up

its hard to describe

I live 86 miles or more from the Phoenix AM radio towers. When changing from park or drive to reverse or back there is radio interference picked up through the radio. Only happens "out here" and in AM only. lasts a second or so. Not sure what causes it.
