What are some great beginning modifications to make?

I just traded in my Mustang for a 2011 Ram. It has a 4.7L V8, Crew Cab and is a 4X4 however there isn't anything "special" and I would like it to look better and more of how a truck should look. Basically, I am looking for modifications that are relatively cheap and will make the truck look a lot better. I was thinking of an inexpensive light bar, maybe 2in spacers for the front, a grill and other small items but don't know where to begin. If y'all could please help me out by lettin me know what else I could add and where to find stuff it'd be great! Thanks!

First off lets see some pictures!
I'd definitely do a level but with bilstein adjustable 5100s instead of a spacer. If you have the funds I'd do new wheels with 295/60R20 tires.

Well tell us a littler bit more about your Ram and we can be more help.
What grille inserts do you have on the truck now? Some members here consider swapping black for chrome to be an upgrade and vice versa.
