What are these wires on underside of hood

I know the one is for the engine bay light. What's this stray wire? I was thinking ambient temp sensor because I can't find the sensor and my LCD says it's 150 degrees outside.

I'd be willing to bet it's for the ambient temp sensor. It's located on the hood on 02s. I'd also be willing to bet that you're also missing the underhood lamp.
