Cleaned the throttle body, replaced the interior lights and license plate lights with LED’s changed the oil in it too. I only drove it 2900 miles in the last 12 months

2015 longhorn edition wheels
new headlights from headlight depot (new oem grille on the way)

but today i found a deal on a Back Flip brand tonneau cover ($200) its not in new shape but for sure nice enough for my lil parts getter truck. really like the look of it and time will tell if it actually helps hwy mpgs as i frequently run to houston. about 100 miles one way on I-10

next will be fitting a 4th gen rear bumper, oem hemi dual exhaust (don't want noise) and a replacement tailgate.

Tailgate is a bolt on, even though none of the body lines line up:

Might be worth a read though: https://www.ramforum.com/threads/installing-4th-gen-tailgate-on-a-3rd-gen-truck.99700/
As for the bumper, hope you're good with fab work. It's been done, but that's what it takes.
i was thinking stock of the year not a 4th gen tailgate. i only want the 4th gen rear bumper for the exhaust cut outs and well the rear of my truck currently looks like this

fabbing the bumper will be cake. the only thing im reading up on is protecting the chrome where i need to cut, and stopping the rust without having the entire bumper rechromed.

woohoo double post. FexEx just dropped off my grille, no more ugly peeling bubbly grille. now to decide what i wnat to do for an emblem. not so sure i wanna use the old one.

(edit) if you guys could point me in the direction of some nice fitted splash/mud guards that would be great. not sure which ones would look/work good or not.

before and after.

Installed a radiator fan shroud to direct the hot air downward and away from the air to water intercooler. Without it, hot air from the radiator fan would blow onto the underside of the intercooler heating it up. It also draws some of the hot air out of the engine compartment. The air to water intercooler is already running cooler.

Lights wired and ready to go. I had to extend them to reach back there but I love them.
