Yeah, you would need to take the whole grille off and then the inserts are held on by plastic tabs. It's a real simple swap. If I can do it, anyone can.

Where do I get the inserts? Do I have to buy a whole new grille?

I finally sprayed the sawdust off mine today. The bed tarp was starting to look like 80 grit sandpaper.

Yeah! Used some sandable primer to knock down most of the texture but didn't quite go far enough so they don't look oem exactly but they look good for now... Looking for new caps at a junkyard somewhere and when I find them I'll redo it and try get all texture out so they are perfect like the body!

I changed the front and rear Differential oil for the first time since i bought it this afternoon and washed it day off well spent lol
