That's awesome! You got to do a full write up for us when you get it finished and on the road. I've seen one other guy do the truck 6.4 but that's small potatoes HP/TQ wise compared to what you're doing. You planning on any performance mods(not that you necessarily need them) and/or running down the drag strip?
I plan on doing so. I've heard about swapping for a HD 6.4 intake manifold gives a decent power boost, probably due to runner length. I wanna dig deeper on that though as I would need a upper air box & hose or HD CAI to go with it, and also tweak or replace the A/C lines due to TB clearance. Bigger TB, under drive pulley, trans tune are all possibilities. Then retune the engine to maximize it all. I think 500 hp to the wheels is easily obtainable.

FINALLY. I say again, finally got my oil filter relocation kit to not leak. The secret was: don’t buy cheap eBay **** AN fittings and hose. I went with Vibrant hose and Fragola fittings and all is dry.

Just need to degrease the undercarriage now.

I can easily install these things without issue and know all the little tricks and nuances of the setup, now that my arms/wrists/fingers know exactly how to contort just right to get at the OEM filter location to snug up the (90*) AN fittings/lines.

PM me if you’re having issues or have questions on this endeavor.

*Check to see if yours even has it, I had to add it to my Express (Tradesman).

Installing the kit is easy.
ie:

Then swapping them out is straightforward.

I think I do. I remember seeing that door when I installed my RA4 radio. Thanks for the info sir!!

I think Carven makes the nicest 5" tip out there right now. I see a lot of Ram trucks with them installed.

And they’re no welding required. They’re kinda pricy but in my opinion they’re worth it.

Nice. Post pics when installed

I applied the vinyl to the center console shifter area yesterday. The vinyl is thinner than the stuff I bought at advance auto and I was concerned I’d end up ripping or stretching it while trying to line everything up and place it on there. I had to pull it up in some areas to reposition/straighten it out, but it wasn’t bad. So far, this is the only piece I’ve done. 286e37b840534395f699c62a9699f958.jpg

Turned out great. Are you going to cover the outer chrome trim ring as well?

Not sure yet. I haven’t decided how much I want to add. I’d like it to accent the interior well but not have it take over.

Installed Moe's 87mm TB on Wednesday and a Mopar efan this afternoon. I couldn't believe how much more responsive the truck was after I installed the TB. Now with the efan its even more so. Had to turn my Pedal Commander down a bit because it was too much. It's amazing how well the TB works with tuning and a CAI. Wish I'd got one sooner lol7dcbc38bdc57bb4fb63c74e92f39cf41.jpg50db8a126b2a53441d5d3a7729aae4b7.jpg267bedd3ccf81ca3e138239ea0aa4362.jpg
