Changed out the 3 month old cabin and engine air filters now that the (link)Camp Fire smoke is a lot less.

I plan on doing so. I've heard about swapping for a HD 6.4 intake manifold gives a decent power boost, probably due to runner length. I wanna dig deeper on that though as I would need a upper air box & hose or HD CAI to go with it, and also tweak or replace the A/C lines due to TB clearance. Bigger TB, under drive pulley, trans tune are all possibilities. Then retune the engine to maximize it all. I think 500 hp to the wheels is easily obtainable. That's awesome! You got to do a full write up for us when you get it finished and on the road. I've seen one other guy do the truck 6.4 but that's small potatoes HP/TQ wise compared to what you're doing. You planning on any performance mods(not that you necessarily need them) and/or running down the drag strip?

How hard is it to get the cabin filter out?
*Check to see if yours even has it, I had to add it to my Express (Tradesman).
Installing the kit is easy.
ie:
Then swapping them out is straightforward.
How much for a set, not coated?Just got my new tips in from the powder coat today, they came out great! The new 5" tip on the left and the factory 4" tip on the right. Bunch cheaper then Moe's or Carven. What do you all think?

I think Carven makes the nicest 5" tip out there right now. I see a lot of Ram trucks with them installed.
And they’re no welding required. They’re kinda pricy but in my opinion they’re worth it.

I debadged the 2500 this week. I decided to leave the 6.4 badges. The hardest part was the adhesive under the heavy duty badge, what a PITA.View attachment 132669
Nice. Post pics when installed
I applied the vinyl to the center console shifter area yesterday. The vinyl is thinner than the stuff I bought at advance auto and I was concerned I’d end up ripping or stretching it while trying to line everything up and place it on there. I had to pull it up in some areas to reposition/straighten it out, but it wasn’t bad. So far, this is the only piece I’ve done.

Turned out great. Are you going to cover the outer chrome trim ring as well?
