My boy told me that ..if I go 3 inches with a body lift, that would be O.K. ..but not any more than that if I care about how it looks (showing frame and all) ...he said there is no need to spend all the extra money on a suspension life for 3inches..

What is yall's opinions..who all has suspension lifts and who has body lifts...
Thanks alot ..doing my homework :)

I prefer apples.

A 3" bodylift combined with a front level looks great on our trucks. Plus you keep all of your factory suspension for a smooth ride. I ran that combo for years and loved it.

I have never ran one, but for just looks I would say a 3" body lift with a front level will give a comparable look of a 6" suspension lift. So i guess in my mind it comes down to the question of will you be offroading where you would benefit from the extra ground clearance of a suspension lift.

Schroeder what body lift and leveling kit did you buy for your truck? I have a 2003 1500 and am looking into doing the same thing soon. Just looking at my options I have here.

Thanks!
