What do you use on your tires and interior vinyl

Hey guys I'm trying to find out what you think is the best chemical to use on the tires and vinyl from what I have read it should be a water base and also uv protector what do you think and what do you use thanks for the help

The Meguiars natural shine has a UV protectant and leaves a matte finish. Not shiny. This is for the dash.
