Your original plan was to replace VB/SP and this has never been done yet. I think if that was done and you still had issues it may be easier to nail down. Post the codes..
You have an unused gray one still yes?
Through all of your other issues this is a completely new symptom? You never had a 2nd gear limp?
LOL, that will do it. Whew...
Awesome hopefully that's the issue[emoji106][emoji106]May have found my issue. I just checked the trans fluid level with the engine off and it’s not even registering on the dipstick, even though i put 5 quarts in.

Probably bled some air out after you drove it. I'm assuming taking the valve body out gets more fluid out than a simple pan drop...
Sounds like that what it was. I doubt it would go into gear like that if it were a bad SP.Looks like that may have been the issue, i put 4 more quarts of trans fluid in and it stopped the extremely loud SP and it seems to go into gear better now, i haven’t driven it yet, as i’m waiting for my dad to get home in case anything happens.

It makes sense since the RFE line pressure is 100% PCM controlled. If there's not enough fluid and the PCM can't control pressure, instant limp mode.
I'd let it idle in N for at least 5 mins so the pump runs to get the fluid circulated and check the level before driving it...

AWESOME!!!!
I was under the impression it was something you "should always" do but I'm not sure if its required. I'm also not sure if having it done on a trans that is shifting fine will do anything at all...Question... is the relearn needed? It’s shifting so nicely and there’s no jolt or anything when shifting AT ALL anymore, not even when shifting from park to drive/reverse, and the shifts are firm and pretty quick too, it’s shifting almost exactly like my 300 does.
