I would call it a seat skirt. The newer trucks have a plastic cover. I have seen some bottom seat upholstery that has a skirt made on, likely aftermarket. Check eBay. These are pictures of a 19 truck and a 04 truck with 16 seats.

My 2012 ST had it. My 2017 Big Horn did not have it.

That's odd... I had a 2012 SLT and it didn't have that trim piece either.

The smaller pieces in the pictures are probably what I was expecting. I can't find them anywhere "with a Google search ". The longer drivers seat "skirt " looks cool too.
I think I might just have to customize something to cover the bolt and bracket. Maybe a piece of fabric with velcro? Any other ideas out there?
