Which headlights?

I'm really torn as to whether I should do the Sport or Laramie headlights on my truck. I really love the Sport lights but I don't know if the chrome in the Laramie lights would look better with all the chrome on the truck. What do you guys think?

I have the black tyc pretty much the same and i love the black look on my Laramie. Stands out from the crowd for sure. Along with JJ's HID kit can't go wrong.

I would buy an aftermarket set for cheaper. That's what I'm doing anyways.

I will later. I have to take it apart as i poped out the adjustment knob on the headlight. Once i do that i'll post a picture. It looks great.

I will be switching the grill to a blackout one silver rivots and a black bull bar with LED light. Thats coming next. Hope tis helps.

Well I decided to go with the Laramie lights over the Sports. I just think to me they fit my truck a little better. I ordered them last night so they should be here in a few days hopefully! Can't wait!! I'll post pics once I get them in!

I'm doing them because I want the LED blinkers. Also why I got the LED taillights. Now everything on my truck will be LED. To me these lights are something useful. All personal preference!

Reflectors to Projectors

How is the transition from reflectors to projector headlights? Does the bulb have to change and if so how do you have to connect to the factory wiring harness?

The headlights I ordered come with new bulbs and yeah they are a different size from the non projector quad headlights my truck came with. The wiring from my truck will not match up to the projector headlights but JJ from Retro Shops sells a plug and play harness to make the factory LED units work with trucks that didn't come with them. I havent put the headlights in yet, still waiting for them to arrive but I put my LED taillights in using the adapters from JJ and they work great and they truly are 100% plug and play. Definitely check them out if you need adapters!

Wow, if there is one thing that can make or break a vehicles looks its those.

Sorry, the stock quads look like ***** to me ( and perform like *****), and I have those.

Darknight, you are my hero fella. Systmatically in my mind ( as I want to upgrade also the lights) silver projectors are the ones that seem to look best on chrome trucks like yours and mine. However black are the ones that I like the most, and yes they look awesome on your chrome grilled bumper truck thumbs up bubba,.

Definitely the chrome imo, goes better with the rest of the set up. I have a black express and bought the chrome projectors and put some 5500 hids in them with the intention of later baking them open and painting them. The projectors are definitely better than the quads, and even better with an hid kit. Loved mine, but had to pull them out, got to try to sell them to get some money back for another project I have in mind.

I disagree also. I've seen $200 headlights that look just as good as this **** people are paying $900 for.
