seeing that almost makes me want to run out and buy a Hemi just so I can have one too.
wonder if they plan on making a kit for the 2500/3500 6.4l Hemi to?

Not sure if whipple has one for the trucks, but here is a link for a direct bolt on with no major modifications through ProCharger.
I've seen the Pro-Charger for the 6.4l already. If I was going to supercharger a truck I would want a positive displacement supercharger vs a centrifugal type for the better low end boost capability.
If there was variable geometry supercharger/turbo for a gasser that could run higher boost/volume at low rpms it could prove to be promising.

Nice, a whining hot air pump. What intake manifold?

Not a bad way to spend 7 grand. I took a look at their website, is there an air to water intercooler into one of the manifolds to cool the air charge back down? Room for days for a heat exchanger in front

Yes there is a water to air intercooler. You can see the lower intake manifold, then the upper has the water to air intercooler. Has it’s own pump, radiator and coolant reservoir. Obviously the intake temps will be higher than a n/a truck but there not bad at all, even in the middle of the summer.

The whipple kit comes with an upper/lower intake manifold. Might be a hot air pump but hard to complain about an extra 150+ whp.

So you have had this for some time now. Have you done anything with the pistons, rods, crank, and transmission? How much boost are you running?
How does it perform as a daily driver?

About 3 years now, it has the drop in rod and piston kit from MMX now. Still running the 8psi they come with. Still performs great as a daily driver. It does drive different, the drive ability is not as good as a factory truck but that’s due to the vacuum based bypass valve. Sometimes you can end up in light throttle conditions with boost when you don’t want it. It’s a minor inconvenience though, it’s 100% worth it.

Booms-if your still in Ocala you might go down to the museum and see if "Big Daddy" would install it for you. I think he still works sometimes in the garage next store. :D:D

Stock bottom end and I'm running 12 pounds on e85. (about 600 whp)
Besides only getting around 7-9mpg it's doing great as my daily.
I am not gentle either, it sees multiple WOT pulls daily.
The stock transmission is starting to give me problems though and will need a rebuild soon.

What issues are you having with the tranny? Have you done any tuning to it.

Yeah it's been tuned. When rolling up to a stop sign it'll occasionally slam into gear so hard that the first time it happened I thought I had been rear ended. Plus it's starting to slip when I get traction at launch.

Have either of you done any towing with it? Not necessarily long hauls, or had the bed loaded close to max?

Did you completely remove all the torque management? The torque management can slow down the shifts but it’s also what helps it live, especially at the higher power levels.
