Will Crew Cab seats (front and back) fit a Quad Cab truck?

I know the fronts are not an issue, they are the same. I've read comments that the rear seats are different between a Crew and Quad cab, but have also read comments stating the Crew rear seats will go into a Quad with minimal "adjustment".

What's the real skinny? What has to be done to put Crew rear seats in a Quad cab and what are the differences? Are the seats different sizes? Mounts different and need some adjustment to fit?

I believe the crew cab rear seat will fit into the quad cab without mounting modifications BUT the seat bottom of the crew is "deeper" than the quad, so you'll lose 2" or so of legroom.

I put them in mine,the split seat with armrest,fairly easy,took brackets off my seat and put on crew cab one,had to use crew cab center bracket though as mine was a bench seat,drilled new holes and cut the extra bit off back off bracket.Problem overall with this is the back off the seat is very vertical,no lumbar support,I had to get lumbar cushions.Looks great but uncomfortable.Leg room,no real difference.
