I can get financing on KO2's up here in Canada for our winter tire program. I have the reg 275/60R/20's on but says i have the "raised ride height" the 1" lift. I'm Putting Fox 2.0 shocks all around when i get the funds(next summer some time) but want to get these SRA's off cuz they look horrible on the truck. Then 2 years the plan is to put a 6" lift on it the and 35's. Question is will 285/60R/20's fit right now with no rub? Or which one would be better 275/65R/20 or 285/60R/20?

Both sizes would fit alright. 275 65 R20 looks to be a more common upgrade and slightly cheaper but 285 60 R20 would also fit w/o rubbing the control arms.
For the record the Ram Rebel comes with 285 width tires from factory and that's the widest stock tire fit on a Ram. That would be the widest I'd go for on my stock suspension.

Long story short: you can't go wrong with any of those sizes

I've got 285/60 20 on my stock 2wd (oem wheels) with no rubbing anywhere, so you should be fine.
