Nothing in that link will apply or work for your truck. 2013+ are completely different. Like jawzs2 said above, you would need the cabin infrared sensor, a whole different hvac dual zone housing (dash comes out), whatever associated wiring and modules, and programming.Thats for an 8.4
Im assuming I would need all of those parts, but will the dealer be able tp turn on my sales code, or will the obd work?

He’s wrong. That is from 2009-2012 ram. 2013 is the year the new interior started. Different clusters, center stacks, modules, electronics, wiring, etc. This is a 2013+ Auto temp dual zone bezel https://www.ebay.com/i/202536009388...2%26rvr_ts%3De7bd4ca71670aa12f2b3428affc13a33
Ok then the one i posted, technically as long as i buy all of the sensors and such, shoukd work in my truck...correct?He’s wrong. I couldn’t say for certain. All I know for sure is, it will FIT in place of the one you have now, but it won’t work, until you rewire everything and add other missing components. THEN...after all that, you need to program it to work. The dealer won’t be able to do this. The alfaobd might be able to, but I don’t see anything in the menu (just browsing as I don’t have a pre 2013 truck to hook up to) that indicates enabling auto temp control. Some missing wiring that I see just looking at the diagrams are: 2 wires to the solar sensor, 3 wires to the infrared sensor (and the sensor itself), a blower motor module in place of the resistor and all its wiring, some blend door wiring, and of course, the actual dual zone hvac plumbing behind the dash. You would be the first I know of to try this, so you’d have to figure out who makes (or if you can source) the factory connectors and terminals for all the missing wiring so you can make up the harnesses that need to be added. You should be able to get part numbers for the blower module, cabin infrared sensor, and dual zone plumbing by searching for a truck with those features and getting the VIN to give to the parts guy. Keep in mind that after you do all this, you need to figure out how to program it.Ok then the one i posted, technically as long as i buy all of the sensors and such, shoukd work in my truck...correct?
