I have a 2014 Ram 2500, the passenger window will not roll up or down with the door switch or the main drivers switch, also all switches are illuminated except the window switch on the passenger door, but the lock/unlock switch is illuminated and working. Which one should I replace first? The switches are $80 a piece

I would take the door panel off and check the assembly first. The clips that hold the glass might be broken.

Assembly is fine, will run up and down with paper clip in the plug and switch removed

Well heck, you answered your own question. You are jumping the post/switch/plug and the window working. I do not know if both are wired in a series. But if say U R using the clip on the PAX side, replace that one first, since any passenger U have, may want to work the window...

There are master fuses in both fuse boxes. They may need to be checked

But:
1) I am not a mechanic
2) Have no clue what is in/wired on a 2001

On MY 15 ED, and on MY 19 Hemi: There was a Big white connection up against firewall above left foot: That is one of the master connectors where all electronics flow through. If U have such on an 01, check and make sure that connection is all connected proper: On MY 15 was (1) big connection, on MY 19, there are (3)..

Also, under frame, kinda near wheel well forward drivers seat there are a series of connectors also. Check those.

After that, U R gonna have to get a competent mechanic with a good Voltmeter to trace your electronics, maybe starting with BCM or TIPM.
