Iv got a 16 ram and the windshield wipers only work on 2 speeds and won’t go home when turned off. I turn them off and they stop wherever they are. I have to turn them off just right for them to be home. Also the horn isn’t working. Not sure how but both happened at the same exact time. Not sure if they are related. I tried a new multifunction switch for lights, blinker and wipers. That didn’t do anything. Now I’m lost.

Try opening the wiper motor, clean and regrease contacts. This worked for me.I found the remedy doing a search here.Worth a shot, potential $0.00 fix.
