Stuck truck is stuck in drive. It won’t let me shut it off. I can’t go forward anymore.

I couldn’t get off the one way dead ends, and I can’t find reverse currently stuck right now. I turned off the traction control, put wheel chucks upfront and tried sliding the back end around and it almost made it but almost isn’t gonna be getting me home today if somebody out there can coach me how to manually shift and or turn the truck off please reply immediately. I can’t afford to get towed, I’m very mechanically inclined and I have some tools. The front end is in the ditch and it’s right up against the fence. I could go forward if I cut the fence, but I’m not doing that help. I was driving in a little bit of mud.

It also was making me manually shift. I think I have an engine electronic problem, but is there any way to get it turned off? I have the Zürich ZR 138. I don’t like this angle with the little oil pressure. Sorry I’m using talk to text.
