Wiring diagram - heated mirrors

I'm wanting to add a defrost grid to the back window on my canopy. I'm hoping to run a wire from the wiring going to the heated mirrors to activate a relay to power the canopy defrost.

Anyone have an idea of the easiest location to access the wiring, and the correct wire?

K7 relay in the TIPM is rear defrost in my '12.
Also uploaded defogger diagram

I'm not up to speed on wiring changes between the years
