Hi. Need help here...
I have 2014 ram 1500 5.7 sport.
2 months ago i installed new wheels, 20' TIS 544 BM with 33x12.5 Toyo open country III A/T, and everything was fine first 2-3 weeks.
I understand the road noise is normal but my problem is on highway on speed over 50mph, there is wobble sound coming from tires. I would say front left.
Truck is not lifted or leveled, all stock. Also there is no vibrations on anything and steering wheel is not shaking. There is no other noises or problems so im kinda lost here.

Any help or advice would be appreciated...

Could be something as simple as a tire slightly out of balance. Now that you've driven it for a while, you've kind of pushed the belts in the tires around and it may have knocked a tire out of balance. One of the other possible causes is wheel alignment, especially if your new wheels have a different offset and/or backspacing than the OEM wheels. If you have less backspace on the new wheels i.e. they stick out further, any slight misalignment is going to be magnified, plus the bigger wheel/tire combo (likely heavier than OEM as well as larger) is going to be imposing more force on the steering and front suspension, making it easier to push out of alignment, which could explain the delay of a week or two; it was fine at first but then you hit a pothole or other road irregularity and it loosened something. Bigger tires will also have the effect of magnifying any existing wear in your front end e.g. a-arm bushings, ball joints, steering ends etc. The bigger wheels/tires are probably also closer to the limits of your shock absorbers' capabilities which means the shocks have a harder time preventing wheels from hopping.

First thing you should do is rotate the tires to see if the "noise" moves, which could just indicate a tire with a bad belt or bad manufacturing, and if it does move, get the balance of the tires checked before filing a warranty claim for a defect. If it doesn't really move, do a full alignment. You may want to ask for them to reduce the toe slightly so the tires point more straight forward (as opposed to slightly "pigeon-toed"). This will make it a little more likely for your truck to wander on the highway but will reduce the wear on the front tires as well as the amount of stress those bigger tires are imposing. If you get all this done, and you're still experiencing that "wobble" feeling, the next step might be to look into upgrading your shocks.

Above post is good.

Did you get an alignment with the new tires?

Do you have 4x4?

Yeah that is insane, I'd get one. I never even heard of not getting alignment with new tires. I bet it is written in tire warranty as well, just a guess.

Bilstein shocks for the level is an incredible ride.

If you are going to upgrade, wait on alignment til you get shocks.

he said something like that tire size in height didn't change, only in width and the offset so there is no change in alignment...

I was thinkin about leveling but i read i also have to change bunch of other things like control arms etc...

Yeah fca changed control arms so moving to a zone control arm would be great. Of course if you just use the bils and set them at minimum level you may not need the control arm upgrade and the ride quality will improve incredibly, but this may not be your original issue. I'd call a tire shop near you and ask about alignment after new tires.

You were misinformed about leveling. This forum is a great place to gather information and ask questions along the way. What tire pressure are you running?

Sounds like tread cupping but doubt it would happen that fast. Toyos have a good warranty take it to where you got them installed and bring someone on a test drive.

I had a front wheel bearing go bad once and it sounded like a badly balanced super swamper tire that had never been rotated but could not feel anything in the steering wheel just the sound is all I had . Just for the hell of it I changed the wheel bearings and it was never heard again.

Mine had no play in it either . It was like it was just dry or something as it felt slightly different to spin by hand compared to the new one when they both were out . It sure sounded a lot different on the truck in the cab though . Didn't make a bit of difference as far as driving it was sound only for me . I rotated tires and all that had no effect , tried it in 4x4 nothing effected it that I could come up with
