Reading through the 01 fsm, looks like the op needs to hook up a set of psi test gauges and go from there.

Well it was driven without the spring for like 10 miles at most.. when i did the band adjustment it was me who forgot to put the springs on.. It doesnt slip at all! it shifts firm under light throttle.. what do you mean what speed does it shift into overdrive and lockup? if you mean how long it takes after i press the button, i'd say about a second at most

It should shift into overdrive (4th) at about 45-ish mph and the torque convertor should lock up soon thereafter.

Have you ran through the psi tests? I'm betting after everything you've replaced you probably have a bad torque converter, but if it were me I'd be taking it to a tranny shop to have them check it out after everything that's already been done.

Info on band adjustment can be found in the FSM. Did you look in that?

I did look at the fsm but the picture they have doesnt help me as much as a real life pic... The tech who looked my truck said everything seems good and how torque wrenches get miscalibrated so what i thought was 72 inch pounds was actually something different.. my lock nut sticks out further than the adjusting screw i want to see if this is normal or not

That would depend on the condition of the band. A new band will have a different look than a worn one at the adjuster. Sorry I have no pix of that on hand if I get a chance later I will take one for you.

Originally the truck wouldnt shift at all.. i got coud p1756 Governor Pressure Not Equal To Target At 15-20 PSI... I changed the gov sensor and solenoid along with a new filter fluid combo.. the truck was able to shift if i let off the gas... then i did a band adjustment... i was able to shift it with 90 percent throttle.. a tv cable adjustment and a tps replacement and now i can only shift at about 15 percent throttle... it shifts firm but just not at WOT.. can anyone help me? pleaseee
