Don't waste your time Ram Forums members. We're never got the help from
@RamCares we needed, and we'll never get the help in the future until there's a change in senior management. We're interacting with a level so low in the company it's literally called "Social Engagement". Filled with scripted answers that as we know don't provide first or even second hand solutions.
@RamCares filled the "Social Engagement" chair with a new person. "Social Engagement" job is to give lip-service to everyone's complaints. All we'll read is; "Write to this address ... ", "Contact us at ... ", and "Dealer will ... " etc, etc.
Did ANYONE get an answer from posting about their issues? Did
@RamCares ever provide a solution that got or gave a remedy to our posted problems? I went back and looked at all of them ... NO ONE DID.
And they won't ... because they're only about "Social Engagement" - they will post what great jobs they are doing with updates and new releases - making a few people feel like Chrysler/Ram/Jeep gave them something. But it's just lip service for "new" and zero for existing issues.
No offence to this new guy ... you're following the script Chrysler/Ram/Jeep gave you. You're not at fault for our angry posts, they're not really "at you" ... they're at Chrysler/Ram/Jeep - and we hate them for it. Sadly for you (
truly, I feel for your position), we NEVER get answers. Just things to do that NEVER EVER give us solutions or remedies.
If you want to know how horribly Chrysler/Ram/Jeep's "Social Engagement Team" fails us ... surf back through any
@RamCares posts, look at the Q & A posts and you'll see how they never end in a positive post from the Member to
@RamCares.
So that you don't waste your time with this exercise (
in the way @RamCares gives us things to do that are fruitless), let me save you some time ... there isn't one positive post of thanks. NOT ONE!
Your predecessor couldn't do it, you won't either ... and please take this last line to heart:
I don't blame you .. I blame Chrysler/Ram/Jeep for making a "Social Engagement Division" that can't offer direct help to the person they're "engaging" with.
