Not this week, but 2 weeks from now (in case I forget) I'm driving from W. AR to Buckeye, AZ towing a large cargo trailer full of furniture. Taking the southern route (just in case there is a late winter snow thing along I-40) through OK, TX, and NM into AZ, . If I remember, I'll post how the towing thing went.
You may need to fuel it up again a time or two by the time you finish the road trip. Safe travels.

Installed my new TonnonPro Lo cover. Got it from Real Truck.

Took about 30 min to install and I am pleased so far with the way it looks and fits on my truck.

Had the oil changed today. My mech found a tiny leak in my rear main seal. It must be pretty tiny because there are no spots on my driveway where I park it. Unfortunately, I'm permanently heading for AZ next Tuesday and there is no way the dealer will see me tomorrow, so this will have to wait for a month or two until I get out there and get established and find the local dealer.

Wonderful...

Looks vinyl. Can you cut through it with a razor knife?

1) Had brand new rear window with slider, all accessories replaced by 3rd party contracted by Dealership under FCA extended warranty.
2) Had to rig a wire from my tonneau cover to the left side locking latch, since the OEM cable broke. Used some 16 AWG wire and made it work.

Yes you can. But I don’t really park it anyplace, where I’m concerned about that. It’s is normally either in my driveway or secure parking at my job. Behind a fence.

I thought about a hard tri-fold cover. But since I don’t really keep anything but a load bar in the bed, I opted for a vinyl, soft cover.

Well, I picked up the 12-foot U-haul cargo trailer Friday and dragged it home. Then for the remainder of the day a couple friend helped me load it to the gills. Man, that thing actually holds a lot of stuff. The sticker on the front says not to load the tongue weight more than 450 pounds. I'm guessing I may have overshot that mark by a pound or two.

And guess what? The damn thing has no jack on the tongue so until it's unloaded again next weekend I can't get it off the hitch. And today I had to run 40 minutes north into "town" to pick up some last minute packing supplies and I had planned on dropping it here and hooking up again when I returned. Nope - had to drag that SOB with me all afternoon. And I have to run to the store again tomorrow to get a script before I leave on Tuesday.

On the plus side, the truck didn't even know the trailer was back there. Fun times.

American Trucks part number R110851. AVS 4piece window vent visors. Dark smoke.

I'm looking for a nice set that are in-channel like the ones you installed, but that part number shows the stick-on version at American Trucks. I think you mean this part number, correct?

Sorry about that. I must have mistyped it. But yes, I meant the part number for the in channel kit.

I just went back to their site. The part number I put in, is the number on the item I purchased. I’m not home right now, but when I get back I’ll check my receipt to verify.

Apologies for any confusion.

Added the MOPAR bed step to my RAM. Was a PITA to get it aligned around the exhaust and wiring. But glad I did it.

And saved some $$$ doing it myself.
