Here is a good one for you guys - of course. LED light hyper flash issue

my truck is a 2013 Sport with factory LEDs throughout and factory projectors. Few months back I started with a hyper flash and dash warning that the front drivers turn signal is out. I verified and all lights were operational. Obviously there is no bulb to replace, and I noticed some moisture in the headlight housing around the turn signal LED strip. I searched on Ebay and bought an affordable factory replacement (Chinese repops). Replaced both headlights and not only did it NOT fix the hyperflash, I now have hyper flash and dash warning for both sides. I figured they used cheap components in the repops so I dealt with it for a while. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, dumb luck I noticed my factory folding sport mirror turn signals not working. I figured those being out must have triggered the lamp out. Again, bought a new set off Amazon. Went to replace them and the connectors were so corroded I couldn't use them so I cut them off and soldered directly to the prongs to the new lights. Everything is now working and lit up. Dash hyper flash flashes the same speed as the turn signals in the mirrors on both sides but all four corners flash at the correct speed. Last week I got into Alfa OBD and went through a bunch of settings to try to stop this warning. Even disabled the Door Ajar which fixed the Pass side for a few days (thats back now).

Can anyone point me in a direction?

All lights are set to LED (which they should be since they were set at factory)
I went through and attempted to disable all the Door Ajar (lamp diagnostic) settings and nothing seems to keep this annoying warning off.

Any help would be great.

Again I changed nothing, went from LED to LED

Im considering going to resistors but Im not sure where to install them, let alone if I should even need them b/c the truck already had LEDs. Like I said, the truck should know no difference since I changed nothing other than replacement of what was there.

thanks in advance

Make sure you read through the first post carefully about how make a back up of the vehicle configuration.
Those setting you quoted above will be found in the Body Control Module.

I was able to due the back up. Now the thing is I don’t know which body controller to log in because there is more than one for the 2017.
The information I see posted here in the forum I don’t see in the app.

I've been using this dongle. Works for everything so far. OBDLink LX OBD2 Bluetooth Scanner, the green one. Auto down windows, Trans relearn, fogs with highbeams, factory trailer brake controller install, load screen on uconnect, lowered tpms value.
I am stupid you have done what I am trying to do. I need pic by pic or a phone call and get walked through.

Mine is a 2017 ram sport 1500 4x4 hemi

I am having to replace my HCU in my 2018 Ram 3500 and I need to know if I need to use the security by-pass on my OBDLink MX+ to run the ABS bleed procedure.

I have a Ram 2020 2500. I followed the steps from the link above to reset my TPMS. When I get the the step where you "Reset/Replace RF-HUB" it is asking me for a five digit pin. The screenshots show a four digit pin being required (which I tried, it doesn't work). I've talked to multiple dealerships trying to find a five digit pin code for this without success. Has anyone else had this problem? Why is it asking me for a five digit pin instead of a four digit pin?

You don’t need to reset the rf hub for anything on the 2019+ Ram HDs. The PIN is useless to you. Once you update the pressure thresholds, you’re all set.

Has anyone done this on a 2020? When I follow the steps through "Program Tire Size" and hit "next" or "start" it just immediately says "procedure failed." As far as I can tell I've followed all the steps correctly. Has anyone else run into this? *EDIT* If you have decimal points in your circumference box it won't work. All is well now.

Are you using the security bypass cable?

2018 2500.
Recently got new aftermarket rims. The tire shop put my old TPM's in my new rims. When I picked up the truck all worked ( Of note, I had previously used another system ( not alphaobd ) too lower my tire pressure thresholds.
After driving 10 miles or so the the TPMS indicator flashed on and the passenger rear tire pressure seemingly went offline ( just a dash, no pressure).
Back to the tire shop the guy used a handheld device to "reset" things and said the batteries were getting lower on my TPMs but should work. Then drove 10 or so miles .... Same thing all over.

Took back to the tire shop and they say when they try to reset things it just errors out their "OBD system". They said I probably need to take to the dealership to get them to figure out what's wrong.

Thoughts?
Could I just need to replace that TPM?
Is there a way to reset things with my AlphaOBD and Bluetooth module (I do have a bypass cable)?

Currently everytime I start the truck I get a service tire pressure monitoring system error. The error light stays on and the passenger rear tire pressure does not report, but the tire shop says the tire pressure monitor works fine when the tread it externally

Hello. I am new to this forum and new to Ram ownership. I recently got AlfaOBD and used it to enable the security system/alarm on my 2015 Tradesman 5.7l
It worked great and now I am looking for more things I can do. BUT I am having a hard time sifting through everything to find good ones. Does anyone have any suggestions?
EDIT: I should also note that I recently installed a K&N Series 63 Cold Air Intake. Other than that, I believe it is bone stock.

What does ECU reset actually do? Wipe it or just reset it like unhooking the battery with the “key” on?
