Checked the PCV Valve, it was fine. Cleaned it with Throttle Body cleaner and re-installed. Good to Go....!!!

Amazon lol
I pay a lot for my Amazon, but I literally buy almost everything on there. I added footwell lights a few months back. Really like having them. Wonder why they put wiring there and even have a spot for them, but then don't put the cheap little lights in there?

I had footwell loghts, but I replaced all other lights with LEDs, and those were lurking my nerves. It's just like the trailer brake controller, I've got the wiring for it, just don't have the controller

Yeah, one of the first things I did was replace all my interior bulbs with LEDs. I also changed low beams, reverse lights and cargo lights. Was thinking about getting auxiliary backup lights until I put led reverse lights. So much brighter.

out with the old in with the new . didn’t really notice the temperature difference. The only thing I’ve noticed is it takes longer to warm up because of the extra 4 quarts I also have a thermal bypass valve which did the bigger difference by like 40° . almost considered ordering headers because of the stupid crossover and also found a pretty big exhaust leak off the y pipe to the cat back so I gotta fix that

You can also turn the ignition to the run position, but don't start truck, and step on the gas pedal 3 times with-in roughly 10 seconds, turn ignition back off,and i usually open and close the door, that should reset the indicator.
This is what worked for me. I tried what the attached video described about a billion times. Didn't work for me.

Thanks for the help.

Dropped the dog off at the groomers, went to get a hair cut, window wouldn't roll up. Lots of motor activity and grinding noise. Stupid window regulator crapped the bed. Gear broke off. No problem, just replace it, right? Wrong. Have to order the whole damn panel. Dealer said it was discontinued, but, there was 1 dealer in California that had the part for $790. O'Reilly's and Autozone were special order for the Dorman replacement at $475. Ordered one off Amazon, for $120, won't be here until Monday. Had to put an allen wrench in one of the panel bolt holes to keep the window from coming down, but, will let it come down about an inch.

Why would they design crap like that?

Also put on my in-channel window visors on. So, wasn't a total waste of the day.

Piece of mind is worth every penny I spent. Unfortunately for me, I am disabled and am unable to perform my own maintenance.
I had both diffs and transfer case fluid changed at my mechanic’s shop. He told me that my tranny is a “dealer only” work on.
When I contacted the local dealer, I have “never” in my life had a dealer try so hard to NOT take my money. Most dealers are eager to give a “good ole fashioned hosing!”
Not these guys. This dealer wanted to make sure I knew exactly how much this was going to cost. That the fluid is “lifetime” at least a dozen times. I finally told them even though my Ram has 40,000 miles on it. That being 10yrs old the viscosity of the fluid is not the same. And nothing lasts forever.
As Paul Harvey said “Here is the REST of the story!” 95% of the fine folks who work there have either military or law enforcement baskground. One of the ladies is a retired Deputy Chief.
Me being a Disabled Veteran, those folks did a excellent job of pulling out the stops to make me feel like part of their family

So I searched the forum for a thread like this and didn't find anything. I figured it would be fun to have a thread that everyone can watch what everyone is doing each week.

This week I put on Steelcraft nerf bars, and right now I'm getting the permaplating put on the truck. This way it gets a real good bath.
I ran out at lunchtime to try to get in& out of the grocery store quickly, so I didn’t have to do this weekend.
When I left the store in the spot next to me was an empty cart, passenger side, as I put my bags in I had to be very careful with the door because it was very windy.
I get in to leave not realizing a gust has pushed cart into my rear passenger door, softly I assume because I didn’t hear it, pulled out & got witness the damage live as the cart did a 360* on my door.
I’m so mad at the lazy person who didn’t put their cart away but madder at myself for not taking it back to the store, Aldi has no racks in the parking lot but could’ve gotten the “ sercurity quarter” back you have to insert to unlock it, or at least pushing up on the median so it couldn’t move. I would have preferred, if it had to happen, that I just came out & found it up against my truck so I could be mad/ranting about some jerk.
Knowing I could have prevented it makes it worse.

Going to my paint guy Monday to see how bad it is, trucks 10 years old now & it’s starting to look like it.
