push button map lights for express

aux reverse/work light recommendations

I am shopping for aftermaket head units for my 2012 ram. Most of them sell optional sirius tuners with an antenna. Is there an adapter or is an adapter required to use the factory sirius antenna with an aftermarket head unit? I searched and most of the info was 3rd gen- fat1
