Wanted: Bumper Swap

Bad paint
Just bought a 2018 Ram, white with black trim. The paint appears to be too thin (not enough paint) on parts of the hood. Anyone else have this issue? I would love to go to the dealer with as much info as possible to make this a quick fix. Happy New Year- 18Ramwhite

2019 Ram Laramie 4x4 Paint Issue
Last night, after a 4-hour drive in the rain I noticed a 1 1/2" - 2" cloudy blemish or stain on the hood. It is almost perfectly round.
