“Max a/c” button...

Greetings.

I own a 2015 RAM 2500 w the large u-connect screen. Along the top of the display when the environment screen is selected, it shows a max a/c soft button.

I can have the truck in a/c and recirculating button on but, the “max a/c” does not light. It will however, light when pressed.

What is the difference between the two modes? Doesn’t the a/c and the recirculating air equal (=) Max a/c?

I think Max ac goes coldest setting, recirc and max fan speed. I Beleive if you turn the fan Down one notch it's just ac on recirc max ac is max cool settings automatically.

The Max-AC button is a one touch button for coldest air, max fan and air recirculation.
