Hello all! I just noticed my steering rack leaking from the top seal (around the pinion shaft). It's not leaking much. I might get a drip or two on the driveway everyday and fluid level isn't dropping enough to notice over the course of a week. Everything I've read about Ram steering rack issues is mostly the 3rd gen, so I'm not sure if anyone else has had this issue on a 4th gen.
Is there supposed to be a retaining clip on this seal? If so, I have none. Has anyone replaced this seal or am I looking at replacing the whole rack? Seems like overkill if I have to do the whole thing.
