14 ram did recall now i2 won’t work

i have a 2014 ram RT and I recently did all the recalls for the truck. I tuned the truck back to stock before taking it in. I tried to tune it today and now when I plug the i2 in it says it needs an update. I plug the i2 into my laptop and it says no updates at this time. Haven’t been able to retune the Truck. Anyone else having this problem?

I've seen this happen before. I'd recommend you call Diablosport on Monday. They should be able to help.

Yeah, u definitely need to call diablosport. I’ve had this happen a couple times after the dealer flashed my truck even with the tune removed. It’s a pretty easy fix, u just send one of ur files, I forget which one, to the tech ur talking to and he’ll send u an updated one. Just load it to ur tuner and ur good to go.

You could always use this problem as an excuse to get a "custom" tune from Hemifever. It's night and day difference between the two.

I like your idea but it still won’t work without an update . Love my hemi fever tune

I should be able to put everything back to stock have them do the recall and when it’s done retune? No problems? Just don’t want them saying anything if they see it’s been tuned.

I downloaded all that was for i2 on whatever Processor you have
