125k on the ODO, un modded, 100% stock Cali truck, change oil every 6k on the clock. First actuator went out at 105k, second at 125k.
I replaced the stock one the first time with a city diesel unit, they are warranting the second. Im rebuilding the turbo myself this time around due to the vanes slightly sticking.
I tow about 20% of the time with 10k load.
Is there a solution to this problem? I can’t delete it and im not gonna do this again. Love the truck and towing capacity, but this is insane.
If no solution is out there, im gonna sell it and buy a pre-def truck. What would be best year for least amount of emission BS that will easily tow 10-12k?
Appreciate any feedback and advice on solution and or best truck to “downgrade” to.
