Hello every one. I'll try to explain my problem. Sorry, english is not my language. I use translate. So, my truck has problem. I have overheating (temperature sensor sais 240F) but my radiator is cold. I work in shop. Interesting but only my truck has that problem. I fixed more 150 cars and coolant system too.
My truck was living 3 years and it didn't start. When i boought it I started fix it. I replaced temperature sensor and thermostat. And was overheating. I thougt that problem radiator and waterpump. I replased it. And didnt change anything. Sensor is overheat, radiator is cold (lower hose is cold). When I removed thermostat - temperature is 140F and radiator is warm. All hoses is warm. I replased 3 thermostats and nothing. I use cardboard in front of the radiator. One guy from russia advised to change and close radiator cap and waiting when lower hose will be warm. And I was discussing about it on the another forum (russian "Drive2.ru"). But this truck is rare in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. and nobody knows how can help me. Guys, help me, please.
