My driveway is not perfect so my guess is the cap equals 3/4”

Pulled the bed rug out for the first time to inspect and clean the bed and the rug. I’m happy to report the bed is in “like new” condition

It was so much nicer to pack for vacation. I may end up painting mine and leaving it on. My wife already asked why I took it off. It does make the truck look a lot bigger

I was going to talk to my paint guy about painting the cap and door handles. I may just order the already painted door handles from Benny

So what happened, big storm?

It was literally a 20 minute storm and 1 gust of wind tore through my backyard. Sent our trampoline into the neighbors tree and dropped a branch. Power was out in the neighborhood for 8 hours and fortunately no damage was done to my house

I will put up some better pictures. The bright side is that’s 1 giant branch less dropping sap and pine needles in my gutters and all over my truck

will the cap be covered under your homewoners insurance?

They said it will be but I don’t know how they value them? The appraiser hasn’t called me back yet I’m sure they handle more serious cases first. My agent told me to be patient
