2 lines below transmission - Red and black

So there are 2 very small lines that terminate in the bracket below the transfer case. The red one is cut. I trace it back to two aluminum lines running along the lower body of the passenger side. There is nothing connected nor are they plugged. I can’t find these through multiple searches. What are they?
