2006 RAM 1500 no high beams, no low beams, bulbs are good. Tipm or headlight switch or something else?

I am baffled at this stupid Tipmsetup that I lucked out getting in this new to me truck. Is there a relay or fuse that I need to look for or am I going to get ***** for a new tipm and programming? Is there a way to rig up a relay system to the light switch and avoid replacing the tipm if it is defective? Thanks guys. I'm sure somebody has run into this before.

without a wiring diagram, it'd be tough to determine the issue. Check fuses in the TIPM, owners manual will tell what is what. If you have a meter, you can check at the HL switch for power and ground.
