2009 Ram Actuator issue..

It's knocking. I have an appointment setup with the dealer Tuesday, but they're telling me they will have to pull the entire dashboard out and it will take all day. Therefore, I won't have my damn truck!

Is there an easy fix to this that someone knows of?

Not really. I've had my 2010 heater box replaced already due to bad actuators caused by misaligned/broken doors.

It took 2 days, not one. Lots of work getting that bad boy out.

Better to let them replace that housing than just swap out the actuators or it will just come back later.
