2009 Ram Hemi engine interchange w/mds Help!

My 09 Ram has 265K and cam wiped out. I would like to put low mileage used one in but, it's confusing one salvage yard say's 13-15 etc.. I need help finding out what years fit and what I have to change to make it work. It is VIN " T " with MDS. ( I would like to keep mds ) Ebay is confusing also. Thank's for the help. Tony.

09-12 is the same but 13 + is different not by much but i do believe some of the connectors changed and hoses. From comparing mine to my brothers.
may be other changes but ill let other guys chime in
