I just recently purchased this with 5200 miles on it! The tow hooks weren't on it, I asked the dealer if they had them and theygavemea box of parts. I can identify the two tow hooks but the rest??? Is there a source where I can see a diagram of what goes where? I think maybe the parts are for mounting a plow? Just guessing. I could take picture if that would help
