2013 Ram 1500 - AlfaOBD - disable TPMS?

Hi guys, I have a 2013 Ram 1500. I have alfaOBD w/ a USB Vlinker device. I am trying to disable TPMS completely from my truck for winter wheels.

I have connected everything,

VehConfig 3 Base TPM system present- NO
VehConfig 3 premium tpm system present- NO
VehConfig 5 non regulated tire pressure information system- NO

I am still getting TPMS errors on the dash. What am I missing?

I should note that the TPMS error on the screen is gone, but the icon is still lit and flashing.
I have reset the RF Hub as well. What am I missing?
