A little over a year ago I purchased a 13 Dodge Ram 1500. Love the truck. When I test drove the truck everything felt great. The truck didn't have a set of step bars on it so the dealership put a stock set of step bars on truck. After doing that on my drive home I noticed that the front end was squeaking. I thought it was the step bars. Well I took the truck back and they said it wasn't the bars and sprayed a few suspension parts with a lube that quieted it down. Truck didn't really make a lot of noise again until it got cold. I took back again the last Dec. They put some new sway bar bushings and that helped. Now the truck sounds like it did before I took it in. Squeaking so bad that I cant stand to drive it. I keep telling them they need to change the ball joints. They ignore me every time I mention it. It has to go back in this next Monday. I guess my question is has anyone experienced this issue and what was the fix for this problem? I have a 1 year warrantee on the truck which has run out now. But since this is a reoccurring situation I'm hoping they will fix it. Its getting frustrating not being able to get this fixed. Any ideas?
