I’ll leave her alone for now once I get this round of mods. Summer is almost out so I’ll be hitting more offroad trails once again.

Got the rear control arms installed. I think i'll return the other stuff i bought. everything looks good down there so might as well pocket the money back and use it for something else. The bushings while not new (truck has 80k miles :) ) had still some more miles to go.
I'll wait another 20k miles or so to resfresh the front LCA's, tie rods, etc.

Wanted to post the factory lenght of my RAM 1500 CC rear control arms measured eye to eye
Uppers are 16 3/8"
Lowers are 23 3/4

Also caught a mistake i did yesterday when i got the fackers installed and placed the LCA big end sides towards the frame when they should have been placed towards the axel. Don't know if that makes any difference but i just flipped them today to match what the factory did.

This is what i'm talking about, if you click in the pic and zoom in you'll see they're labeled at each side, For the uppers the big bushings are supposed to be oriented towards the frame while the small ones go towards the axels.
For the lowers is the opposite, the big ones go to the axel and the small ones go towards the frame. I had placed the lowers matching the uppers, so i corrected the mishap this afternoon.

Got her rear naked for a change. I have the softopper in the garage ready for duty when needed. Only takes 5 min to take it down or back up.
Leaving just a couple of pics out there as always :)

Trying to convince myself i need an RTT setup haha. I'll try to take it easy for a couple of weeks and devise what i want to do next.

One or my favorite trucks.... ever thought of just doing a roll up bed cover if need be?

Ty. I've thought about doing one where i could use something like this
https://nuthouseindustries.com/shop/racks/nutzo-tech-2/
But look at the price of the price of the thing let alone the price of a roll up bed cover that can work with a rack like that, then the price of a roof rack to maximize all the space i have on top. I think i'lls tart there, roof racks are about $500-$800 haha.
will see.

Now in the pic it doesn't show up up well cause the Tundra is far away but that dude had what i think was a modded lumber rack or similar tube thing and it looked good. I'm waiting to see if i can meet him at the walking trail to talk about his setup. I see the truck around all the time but haven't had the chance to talk with the owner.

Both options look pretty awesome, but I definitely like the last one the best. Felt like a complete idiot - I somehow missed the bedcover you already have!

Nuthouse has some pretty cool racks on Pinterest, but at that price tag are you Fn kidding me!

The dude from San Diego bed bars emailed me and said the bars are specific to the rambox only and he doesn't have anything for the regular beds. Oh well.

Had a blast at the trail today, the desert brush was fairly thick so came home with plenty of new pin stripes :), the trail was a bit more technical than the description it had so it was a good thing.

Here is the round of pics as always
